Week 14 (MKTG 347) - Brands Who Are Best At Using Social Media

I have talked so much about how to use social media to the benefit of your company and how some social media networks could help you business. I have even gone through how each of these networks can be used correctly when marketing your business, but now I am just going to talk about brands that have taken into hand all the things I have mentioned and how they have made a good social media presence using those tips. Usually people can find mistakes and terrible ads that brands post on social media, but it is hard to find ones that really excel at it.

One brand that does really well at social media is Netflix, they are really good at understanding their audience and what content they like to see. They even use the phrase "Netflix & Chill" as a joke when making posts. Another brand is Dove, they are constantly making posts that are encouraging and positive. They are dedicated to helping women realize how beautiful they all are. They make content that is aimed at making women feel good about themselves. One last brand that is also really good at social media is GoPro, they post content from users who have amazing footage of them using the brands products. This not only gives the brand great content to post, but it helps show their product in action.

By learning search engine optimization and developing skills needed for it, you can use this to help get a job in that field. A great way to really help you get that job is by using the knowledge and skills you have gained and get a certification in SEO. You can get certificates in Google AdWords and Analytics, also in web-analytics. All this will help make you more skilled in SEO and more qualified to obtain a job in that industry. When thinking about getting a job in this field, look at the main goals of the job. SEO looks at building content, social, search, and analytics. Another great place to get certified for search engine optimization is through HubSpot. On HubSpot the amount of material and tools it offers is top-notch. They promote themselves using inbound marketing and they make your content relevant and vibrant. I personally have certifications in both AdWords and HubSpot and I can tell you they come in handy. Week 9 (MKTG 348 OL) - What to do Next?

To get more information on artificial intelligence I will be offering you some more options on where to gain more knowledge about it. I have only given you a little introduction into AI, but there is still so much more to learn about it. One way you can learn more is through books, I recommend reading Master Algorithm , the book I mentioned in my previous posts. This book is a really good way to get into AI more, but in a good pace, so you are not thrown deep into it. You can take more course on AI, I am sure you can find one near you! This is probably the best way to develop skills on artificial intelligence. AI is definitely not easy, so taking a course is the best option if you think you might struggle understanding it. Coursera is another way to take courses about AI, but you can earn a certificate through this way.
