Week 4 (MKTG 347) - Millions of Jobs Available Each Month

Job-hunting has changed dramatically since 2008, and it can be really hard for the unemployed to find a job. Although it is hard to find a job now a day, there are actually ten million vacancies a month. So, it is not the end of the world if you can't find a job right away, there are millions more you can look for and I am sure many will fit your skills and your preference. There are two aspects to job-hunting and they are the surface behavior or form, which is determined by current technology and new technology and these things alter the way job-hunting works. The other aspect in job-hunting is essence, which never really changes and deals with human activity.

You may be overwhelmed about the fact that you are unemployed and cannot find a job, but you shouldn't worry so much you have some control over how your life goes whether it be 5% or 10%, you still have some control. The world is constantly changing and so is the job market. Job-hunting is not a science it is an art and some people are great at it while others were not born with knowing how to do it, but can work towards managing it. There are no right or wrong ways to job-hunt everything is changing and there are many different career fields that look at job-hunting differently. So, don't worry just keep in mind that there are millions of job vacancies a month and one of them is bound to be filled by you!

By learning search engine optimization and developing skills needed for it, you can use this to help get a job in that field. A great way to really help you get that job is by using the knowledge and skills you have gained and get a certification in SEO. You can get certificates in Google AdWords and Analytics, also in web-analytics. All this will help make you more skilled in SEO and more qualified to obtain a job in that industry. When thinking about getting a job in this field, look at the main goals of the job. SEO looks at building content, social, search, and analytics. Another great place to get certified for search engine optimization is through HubSpot. On HubSpot the amount of material and tools it offers is top-notch. They promote themselves using inbound marketing and they make your content relevant and vibrant. I personally have certifications in both AdWords and HubSpot and I can tell you they come in handy. To get more information on artificial intelligence I will be offering you some more options on where to gain more knowledge about it. I have only given you a little introduction into AI, but there is still so much more to learn about it. One way you can learn more is through books, I recommend reading Master Algorithm , the book I mentioned in my previous posts. This book is a really good way to get into AI more, but in a good pace, so you are not thrown deep into it. You can take more course on AI, I am sure you can find one near you! This is probably the best way to develop skills on artificial intelligence. AI is definitely not easy, so taking a course is the best option if you think you might struggle understanding it. Coursera is another way to take courses about AI, but you can earn a certificate through this way.
