Having a good presence on LinkedIn is one of the most useful things in to a business to business company. If you are a social media marketer a priority for you can be to improve your LinkedIn profile and make it as strong as possible. Try to maintain a good presence on LinkedIn, try checking in twice a month and staying on for more than 20 minutes at least. Look into groups and make your profile professional and organized for clients and other businesses. You can even find job postings on LinkedIn and for businesses it can be a great way to advertise your business. LinkedIn isn't always B2B, it can also be B2C (business to consumer).

LinkedIn can be a bit confusing at first, I can tell you personally I was lost on how to use it and where to go to look at specific things and how to connect with people when I first used the website. The trick to get passed this confusion is to use it regularly, the more you use it the more you know how it works. Do some research while your on it and just look at all the features you can use to help improve your LinkedIn profile and presence. You can create a LinkedIn page or request to join one if it is private, these things can help you connect with other people and it can help you connect with more people. The more you focus on your LinkedIn and try to improve the more connections you will have!
